S/he would hold a university level engineering qualification (Civil engineering or Architecture being the most suitable) together with professional registration in some form.  This position is responsible for all technical drawing and construction specifications for materials, project costing and all other technical details of each project.  This position is one of the top leadership roles in the company. The person who fills this role will have significant influence over business strategy, direction and community events/interactions with the local culture. While English is the language of business, local language learning is recommended. Some in country salary will be paid, however, some support will also need be raises. University Teachers in China

Academics In Asia offers a variety of academic courses to be taught at a university in Central China. Courses are in primarily through two departments: the School of Foreign Languages and School of Business. Academic teachers prepare lectures and discussions for classes of 60 students on average, and multimedia classrooms are assigned for these courses. The full-time teaching load for academics is 12 class hours a week, providing ample time for preparation and meeting with students. Textbooks and other resources, including supervision, are provided.
