Project Manager – Software Development Company in Vietnam
We are an IT outsourcing company located in SE Asia and are currently looking to hire a Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will help us plan, schedule and control all project activities to ensure project requirements are met, and provide leadership while building positive professional relationships with clients and team members. We are also looking for someone who can take an active role in discipling our staff and interns. Previous work experience is important but we are open to training and working with this individual if we feel that they have the right heart and personality fit for our company.

The Production Manager is responsible for the planning, scheduling, monitoring and delivery of all projects delivered to the customer, ensuring that all customer requirements are met, released on time and within budget and meet or exceed quality standards. S/he is also responsible for optimizing resource utilization within the company; prioritizing and scoping scheduled releases with completion dates for each phase; serving as a liaison between project management, developers, quality assurance, and customers, to guarantee smooth, predictable, and timely delivery of projects.

Quality Manager – Web Essentials in Cambodia
The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership, vision and direction to the QA team on quality assurance and is able to implement a strategy that results in the delivery of outstanding products. He/she is responsible for analyzing requirements, and building, automating, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure that our products meet our client’s technical specifications. He/she will manage the QA team to develop and implement the quality testing standards, libraries of manual test scripts and especially automated tests. The QA Manager will use and introduce the best practice testing tools and frameworks. He/she will closely collaborate with the development teams, IT, Sales, and the customer. The QA Manager should have a development background to drive quality through software and process improvements.

Internship
Business as Mission Intern – 1 year with BAM Resource Team in Thailand
Serve with the BAM Resource Team in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand for 12 months and experience living in Asia. Get a unique exposure to what is happening in business as mission around the world and be mentored and coached by BAM leaders. The BAM Resource Team is involved in a wide range of activities and projects. Intern activities with The BAM Resource Team include: logistics, writing, photography, admin, project work, research, web and social media. Visits to BAM companies and personal training and development will be included, with the option to visit another country in SE Asia for a week of intensive business visits. Serve for a year and get connected to future opportunities in BAM.
