Our Story
We have been on a journey of re-imagining how social entrepreneurs can become sustainable and create redemptive impact. In 2022, we launched Kaleo Labs to help equip, train, and support faith-based social entrepreneurs.
We recognize that social entrepreneurs need more business and social development expertise to create sustainable and impact-oriented ventures. They also need financial capital and resources to test and launch new ideas. Lastly, They also seek a community of like-minded people to journey with.
Meanwhile, the charitable and philanthropic sectors are in the midst of a profound change. Traditional approaches and solutions are giving way to the emergence of the 4th Sector which consists of “for-benefit” organizations that combine market-based approaches of the private sector with the social and environmental aims of the public and non-profit sectors. In order for Christian organizations to succeed in this transition, businesses, non-profits, and churches must join together.
Our solution is to empower, equip, and journey with social entrepreneurs through the concept of Redemptive Social Entrepreneurship.
