Managing Director – Training Company in the Middle East

The Managing Director – preferably female – will drive the process of repositioning the company in the local market, as the two business units: academy and corporate seminars take center stage and contribute equal income streams for the company. Facilitating the development of corporate seminar offerings and arranging partnerships with established educational institutions will require negotiation skills and determination. Developing the corporate seminar business will requires both sales skills and people skills to empower our local facilitators. The MD position provides lots of space for your entrepreneurial ambitions, while you don’t have to start out from zero in completely unknown waters – since you will work with the the company’s experienced startup team.
Business as Mission Intern – 1 year with BAM Resource Team in Thailand
Serve with the BAM Resource Team in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand for 12 months and experience living in Asia. Get a unique exposure to what is happening in business as mission around the world and be mentored and coached by BAM leaders. The BAM Resource Team is involved in a wide range of activities and projects. Intern activities with The BAM Resource Team include: logistics, writing, photography, admin, project work, research, web and social media. Visits to BAM companies and personal training and development will be included, with the option to visit another country in SE Asia for a week of intensive business visits. Serve for a year and get connected to future opportunities in BAM.
